How to Convert YouTube to MP3?

After a long stressful day in the office, it’s fun and relaxing to watch video clips and listen to songs on YouTube.

But whenever you access and browse YouTube, it is necessary to have a stable and strong internet connection.

Without Wi-Fi, you cannot browse the platform during the time you need it the most, ruining your mood and affecting your concentration.

The trick here is to download YouTube videos in an MP3 format to enjoy listening to your music playlist offline.

But converting YouTube music videos into an MP3 format is easier said than done. Good news! In this article, we have gathered a few practical and simple steps you can follow from start to finish.

Without further ado, let’s start! Keep reading for more details!

Search for a Video

Get your phone. Open YouTube. Search for a video that you think at the moment. Whether you’re a fan of upbeat or lively songs, YouTube has them all.

Depending on the proper keyword you type in the search bar of YouTube, you can enjoy good and quality results within a few seconds or less.

Be sure to include the name of an artist together with a particular song to make the process less stressful and more convenient.

Once results pop out, don’t relax. Look for a video that comes with a high resolution and quality audio.

Copy the URL

Let’s say you find the video you want to download. Well, your job does not stop there. What are you going to do next? Simply copy its URL. In both Android device or Mac, kindly tap the arrow in the video. Then, select Copy Video URL. That’s it! There’s nothing complicated in copying links. Plus, it only takes a few second to finish. So, there’s nothing to worry about throughout the process.

Paste the URL

Depending on the application of your choice, paste the URL of the video in its search bar. Kindly check whether you copy the correct link or not. Be sure your internet connection is strong enough for your peace of mind.

When you’re in a hurry, you might add unnecessary numbers and letters in the URL. Check if the link is accurate. From there, you’re ready to go.

Click the Download and Convert Button

Once the URL is pasted in the search bar of an application, you just have to tap the download and convert button.

Depending on how strong your internet connection, you can convert YouTube videos in an MP3 format within a few seconds.

Then, it starts to download right away. After a minute or less, you already have a copy of songs performed by one of your favorite singers and artists.

Why Should You Use a Quality Application?

There are many applications tailored for converting and downloading YouTube videos in MP3 and other formats you prefer.

Using the best application provides many possibilities. Some of them are highlighted below:

Reduce the Hassle

Searching for songs on YouTube is tiring and overwhelming sometimes. But there’s a way to reduce any trouble and take your experience to the next level. Installing a downloader or converter in your mobile phones is one way to avoid hassles over time.

Top 10 Best Things to Do for Your Body Now

The average modern adult's day to day life involves many unhealthy habits: skipping breakfast, vending machine lunches, lack of exercise, late nights, and early mornings. Until lifestyle changes occur, our bodies will continue to feel fatigued, sore, and uncooperative. Make your body a priority today by committing to the top 10 healthy habits for those who want to enjoy life.

  1.  Go Outside
A moderate amount of sunlight is good for your body, and it supplies you with extra Vitamin D. Fresh air is also good for your health. Depression and stress is often credited with a lack of sunshine, so make it a point to spend at least a few minutes outdoors every day.
  2.  Go Green
Going green is not only good for the environment, it is crucial to the health of you and your family. Instead of breathing in harsh chemicals next time you clean the bathroom or kitchen, try making a homemade cleaner with white vinegar. Get rid plastic food containers which might lead to cancer. Replace plastic with glass or other alternative materials.
  3.  Find a Hobby
There is a strong connection between a healthy mind and a healthy body. Stressed or unhappy people are rarely energetic or healthy. Adopting a hobby that you are passionate about can reduce stress from work or family life, and possibly lower your blood pressure in the process.
  4.  Break Off Unhealthy Addictions
Chances are you have some habits that need to go. Smoking, excessive drinking, or even a caffeine addiction isn't doing your body any favors. You don't need to quit cold turkey, but the weaning process should begin today.
  5.  Embrace Balance
Even the healthiest actions can be unhealthy when overdone. Exercising for hours every day, abandoning carbs altogether, or resting too often can all lead to an unsatisfying and unhealthy future. Try to establish a careful balance in all areas of your life, including work, relationships, diet, and fitness.
  6.  Adopt Healthy Sleep Habits
Many people feel that they can't be productive unless they get up long before the sun. That's fine, as long as you are heading to bed early too. The average adult functions best on eight hours of sleep, and these restful moments are crucial to overall health. If you struggle with sleeping through the night, try investing in an eye mask, a CD of relaxing background noises, or even a new bed.
  7.  Teach Your body What To Crave
In an ideal world, our bodies would only crave healthy meals in appropriate portions. Sadly, most of our appetites have been corrupted by sugars and processed foods. You can teach your body to crave the right nutrients again with a little effort. It's not enough to just buy some carrots and force yourself to eat them while staring longingly at a cookie. You need to hunt down healthy recipes that your taste buds love and introduce your tongue to flavorful, satisfying, healthy eating.
  8.  Quiet Your Soul
Everyone needs a little quiet time to calm their nerves and rest their bodies. How you do this is up to your own preferences. Some people learn to meditate. Others find a quiet spot outdoors at the beach, in the mountains, or at a local park to just be alone and commune with nature. If you are religious, daily time reading your holy book can do wonders for both your soul and health.
  9.  Cultivate Good Relationships
Never underestimate the power of loved ones to keep you motivated in your healthy living. Relationships with friends and family remind us of why our healthy bodies and lives are so important to us. If we do fall

What's Good for the Body is Good for the Brain

Most people already know that you need to exercise, eat right and get enough sleep in order to keep your body in top shape. However, you may not realize that these same things are essential to keep your brain functioning optimally as well.

When you exercise, endorphins are released in the brain. These endorphins are not only good for your body, but help improve brain function as well. If you are looking for one thing that will help improve your overall health and happiness, exercise is the answer. Exercise helps your body prevent and fight diseases, makes it easier to stay at a healthy weight, improves your mood and helps keep your brain sharp.

If you don´t get enough sleep, your body will suffer and so will your brain. When you are tired, you just don´t think as clearly as you do when you are well-rested and alert. Your brain needs rest just like your body does, and will function better if you make sure to get enough sleep each night. You may even find that you benefit from a quick nap now and then during the day.

It is important to eat right and drink plenty of water to keep your brain healthy. Getting the right nutrients will help your brain continue to function at its best. Taking a multivitamin daily will help ensure that you are getting the vitamins your body needs. You can also buy supplements that are designed to help boost brain performance. These supplements usually contain fish oil and other substances that are thought to improve brain performance and health.

While it´s true that what´s good for the body is good for the brain, the opposite is also true. In order to keep the brain in tip-top shape, it´s important to avoid things that have a negative effect on brain function. Some things that are thought to lower brain function include alcohol, drugs, smoking and artificial coloring and sweeteners.

Take care of your body by exercising, eating healthy foods, drinking lots of water, getting enough sleep and avoiding things you know are bad for you. In addition to having a healthier body, you may find that your memory and brain function have improved as well.

How to Get the Body You Want by Summer

It's not to late to get the body you want by summer. At least not too late to get a good head start on it. It may not be as hard as you think. It will take some discipline and determination. If you want it bad enough, you can achieve it.

There is a real simple rule when it comes to weight loss. Burn more calories than you take in. It just makes sense. If you burn more calories than you are eating you will lose weight. It doesn't have to be the end of eating all of your favorite foods either. I have been on the Weight Watchers plan for a year now. I reached my Lifetime status with them after 5 months. I know it seems cliché, but if I can do it, so can you.

This article isn't about being on Weight Watchers though. It is about simple steps you can take to become healthier and lose weight. If you are interested in Weight Watchers you can check out my article Why Weight Watchers Will Work For You and Weight Watchers Low Point Meal and Snack Ideas.

The simplest things can sometimes make the biggest difference. Parking a long ways from the door at stores so you have to walk more, and taking the stairs instead of the elevator are little ways you can make a difference. How about taking the opportunity when you walk to your mailbox to walk around the block.

Most of us do not enjoy exercising, but that can make the biggest difference in your weight loss than you might think. Start setting goals for yourself. Just 20 minutes of some form of exercise a day is a good start. You can work up to adding more. You don't have to join a gym to start exercising. There is plenty of things you can do at home. You can walk, ride a stationery bike or go bike riding.

Plan ahead. When you know you are going to a cookout next weekend and you know what is going to be served there start planning ahead on what you will eat and how much. Arriving prepared is very empowering and will help you make the right decisions.

Start drinking more water. If you are not a regular water drinker then start by setting a goal each day of drinking 2 eight ounce glasses of water and then add to it. Perhaps set a goal of 2 bottled waters a day working up to 4 or more. Do this with fruits and veggies too. If you don't even eat a serving of fruit or veggies normally in a day then make it your goal to eat at least one fruit and one serving of vegetables a day. Add more each day.

The most important thing to remember is to take it one day at a time. If you concentrate on the end result you will lose focus on the here and now and it can sometimes become overwhelming. Just see each day as a new opportunity to make good choices. When you mess up ( I say when because we all do), do not beat yourself up over it. See it as a learning opportunity to help you make better choices in the future. Every day is a new day.

Flattering Clothing for Your Body Type

Very few people in today’s society have what is considered the “perfect body.” Though one may not have a perfect body, flattering clothes can create the illusion of perfection. Being knowledgeable of the clothes that best suit your body type will allow you to look and feel more confident. Remember, just because it looks good on the clothing store rack does not mean it will look as good on you!

The texture of the fabric in which your clothes are composed of is a main component in your overall appearance. Shiny fabrics that reflect light tend to make an individual look larger than normal. Dark, dull fabrics tend to make the wearer look slimmer. Also, the strength of the fabric affects the way the wearer looks. are not recommended in weight related problem areas because they tend to show imperfections clearer than most fabric choices. Stiffer, sturdier fabrics provide a more structured appearance, but may not be practical for certain clothing garments.

The pattern that is printed or implied on your clothes provides astronomical visual impact. Horizontal directional lines (either attached or printed) provide a wider, more full bodied appearance. Clothing choices with vertical lines give the illusion of height and slenderness. Garments with zigzagged lines provoke busy visual stimulation, in which the viewer pays more attention to the pattern of the garment than the shape of it.

Frills and ruffles attached to a garment provide a soft, romantic visual appeal, while straight edges portray a more professional, business like appearance.

The color of your clothing choice plays a vital role in your overall appearance. This is mainly influenced by the wearer’s skin pigmentation. Colors that suit your skin tone give the wearer a bright, healthy appearance. Unflattering color choices tend to make the wearer look less healthy and at times more pale. When you wear colors that are visually appealing for your skin tone, you have the opportunity to look and feel better.

Clothing size is essential to your appearance. If you wear a garment that is too large or too small it becomes instantly unflattering. If a clothing article is too small, it will not be comfortable to the wearer and has a greater tendency to become damaged. Choosing the correct clothing size requires personal honesty in knowing what fits comfortably and what doesn’t. It is important to try clothes on before you purchase them because most sizes vary from store to store.

Flattering garments allow you to look and feel your best. Knowing which illusions best suit your body type can make clothing selection much easier.

Basic Body Maintenance

Good grooming is like gardening. My neighbors expand their beds year after year, adding trees, shrubs and posies that enhance the beauty of their yard, while I struggle to keep weeds at bay. Other women have cosmetic surgery to enhance their beauty. I did it to keep things from getting out of hand.

As the years tick by, basic body maintenance becomes more and more expensive. At first, I focused on keeping my dead-ends trimmed and my nails shaped and shiny. After a couple of pregnancies, my muscles weakened. As my tummy sagged and the boobs got bigger, I began to resemble Jonathan Winters in old-lady drag. Now I had to throw in costs for things like leotards and athletic shoes, battery-powered tape machines with wimpy little earphones and Jane Fonda tapes. In my late thirties, I got into vitamins and nutritional supplements. Over the years, my pill investments increased exponentially as I moved from a simple multivitamin with a little extra C on the side to things like Folic Acid, Selenium and Gingko Biloba. Finally, when things really started to fall apart, I had to pitch in for repairs — surgery to rebuild jawbones ravaged by gum disease that progressed no matter how many times a day I flossed — and Radial Keratomy to return my vision to the pre-glasses status of my twenties. The removal of bumps, cysts and warts became a personal quest in my forties. I especially hate those little moles that want to grow under my arms or on my neck. Every ten years, the doctor spends a half hour exploring my fleshy crevices and exorcising tiny bits of unwanted tissue while I shudder with disgust.

One day, while brushing my hair in front of the mirror over the bathroom sink, I noticed that my little double chin had grown to Jabba-the-Hut proportions. I shook my head. The chins jiggled. I picked up a hand mirror and turned my head sideways. It was time for the pound of flesh I packed under my chin to go. I made a phone call to my doctor who gave me a name.

A week later, I arrived at a gleaming glass-block modern office in an industrial park. A sleek nurse greeted me with a tight smile — and took me to a tiny room with a big mirror and a camera. We sat across from each other and discussed my medical history. After listing my allergies, drugs and chronic physical quirks, she cocked her head sideways as if puzzled — and asked me what I wanted.

I pointed to my offending part. "I want to get rid of my double chin. Whether I'm heavy or thin, that double chin is always there."

Her eyes dropped to my chins. "Hmmmmmm." She wrote something in my record. "What about your eyes?"

"My eyes?" I looked into the mirror. "What's wrong with my eyes?"

"We can get rid of that little sag you have on your upper lids, if you want."

I never noticed that my upper lids sagged. "You can fix those?"

"Oh yes, we do that all the time." She put her index finger on my cheek below the eye socket and peered at me through the lower lens of her bifocals. "The lower ones, too."

"What do you do with the lower ones?"

She released my face and continued writing. "See those little puffs? We remove the fat deposits that cause them."

I was acutely aware of fat deposits in other areas, but I'd never noticed them under my eyes. Now that she mentioned it though, I was …

How to Deal with Body Odor

Worried that you smell a bit random? Don't sweat it – de – whiffing is easy.

Why you smell

We all sweat. Yep, even Little Miss Priss who reckons her you-know-what doesn't stink. Sweat is actually pretty important as it's our body's natural air-conditioner. You feel hot, you perspire; it's just how things work. When you hit puberty you start to sweat more, and it may also start to smell different. If you don't wash it off properly, things can get a little smelly. When sweat is released, it actually doesn't smell at all. Bacteria on your skin will start breaking down the sweat those whiff odors to emerge.

How to stop it

It's normal to sweat, but some people do perspire more than others. You'll never be able to totally stop yourself from sweating. Everyone perspires when they're hot, if they're exercising, if they're stresses or even a little nervous – these are everyday things that aren't going to change. Luckily, there are loads of things you can do to go from stinky to sweat-smelling in a hurry.

Take a daily shower

Sounds simple enough, but make sure you wash properly. Use a gentle soap or treat yourself to a yummy scented body wash. Focus on washing your armpits and genital area really well -these are the spots where lots of sweat glands are located. If it's a super-hot day, or you've been playing sport, go for two showers.

Change your clothes

After you've washed yourself, sticking a stinky old T-shirt over your clean body is a waste of time. Clothes get sweaty when you wear them and will start to smell, even if you're clean underneath. And clean undies every day are a must (although you already knew that). Cotton ones are best.

Got hairy pits?

Consider shaving or waxing them. Moisture can get caught up in the hairs under your arms, making the smell worse. It's also harder to wash away when there's lots of hair there.

Choose natural fibers

If you're super sweaty, opt for clothes made of natural fibers like cotton, linen or wool. Man-made fabrics like polyester and rayon don't breathe. They trap moisture next to your skin, especially if they're tight-fitting, making you feel damp, hot and smelly.

Use deodorant.

This is not optional! A deodorant will cover up suspicious smells, while an antiperspirant actually reduces sweating. You can get products that do both, which is the best option if you tend to get really sweaty. Body sprays are great for masking BO and helping you feel fresh, but don't rely on one to stop you from sweating (they're perfect for freshening up after PE, though).

Start from your insides

Did you know that what you can eat can actually end up coming out through your pores? This'll affect how you smell. Keep your body healthy by feeding it lots or fresh fruit and veggies. It's also H2O intake. The more you sweat, the more dehydrated you'll get. If you don't drink enough water, not only will you feel tired and headachy, you'll also start to get stinker. Drink lots of water to dilute the smell and you'll feel much better too – bonus!

Training for Body Type

Training to your body type has validity and it also has been around for decades. One thing I learned about this title is that regardless of body type, most people are going to train according to their personality and their mindset. I'M a perfect example of not training to match my body type. I tried it, I don't like and it does not feel normal for me.

Let me explain. I ran track in high school, I ran the 220, 440, and 880 at that time and was also good at basketball; very good at, and it came naturally. Football on the other hand did not. I had trouble running with pads on. I have long limbs for my height. According to "training to match body type" power-lifting and its associated training methods would be out of the question, not my body type. The contradiction is; it was perfect for me mentally.

While the strict method of power-lifting advocate's very low reps (1-5) reps most of the time, mentally and physically I responded best in the 6-10 rep range. I also gained greatly by incorporating Olympic style lifts into my training; 6-10 rep range again. Ironically, these lifts would not be the best for my body type.

If you notice the relationship between track and my style of lifting, you could describe the 100 YD dash as the very low rep range and the distances I ran would be that 6-10 rep range. More than that and I get bored and disinterested. I probably would have been better running the mile and over but mentally, it is not me and lifting according to my body type is not me.

Technically, what presumably would be best for my type would be higher reps (8-12 reps) and more toward a bodybuilding method. Psychologically that is not me. With awareness of your body type and knowledge of the sport you are training in, you can identify possible weaknesses while performing certain movements. With the knowledge, you can find those moves that allow you to overcome those weaknesses.

Those moves in this case will be those that suit your body type. The one overriding fact I have learned is that you will never really know what capacity and ability you have until you experiment and find what your body and mind respond best to. A few things to keep in mind before you run out worrying about your body type. "Body Type" is a bit ambiguous.

It should include your metabolism, muscle length, and your joints. These things are all part of "body type". That's why experimenting with what works best and keeping a journal are your best tools to work within your body type.

Six Easy Steps to a New Body for the New Year!

A gorgeous new body. Many of us have made a resolution to meet this or a similar goal for 2020. Fortunately, this goal is easier to attain than many want you to believe. All it takes is dedication, focus, and the knowledge needed to succeed!

Step 1: Exercise Routine. Create a fun exercise routine tailored to your individual interests. Some of us like to hit the gym 5 days a week, some like to do 3 times a week. As long as you are getting 30 minutes to an hour of exercise for at least 3 days of the week regularly, I don’t care if you are chasing chickens, HAVE FUN DOING IT!

Step 2: No Soda. Cut Soda completely out of your life. Soda adds no nutritional value to your diet and is high in sugar, calories, and bad for your teeth! Try drinking fruit/vegetable drinks instead, they taste better and add nutritional value to your diet!

Step 3: Cook your own food. Food at many restaurants is packed with extra calories, fat and sodium to keep the food fresh for longer periods of time. Try cooking your own meals, limiting the amount of times you go out to eat. Also, you can give yourself smaller portions and save the leftovers for later.

Not only will you lose weight, you will keep your wallet fatter, because you will get more food for your buck!

Step 4: Drink more water. Water is great for your body. Try drinking at least 64 ounces a day. That is eight 8 ounce glasses of water. Amazingly, this will help you drop pounds and have more energy. Water intake cleans out your system and nourishes your body, leaving you feeling healthier and more refreshed.

Step 5: Find creative ways to be active. Park further away from work, walk upstairs to your office. These are just a couple ways to get more activity into your daily life. Find creative and fun ways to be active in daily living and you will not only feel better, you will look better!

Step 6: Involve Others. When your goals are the same as others, you can motivate each other to stay on the path towards change. Keep family and friends aware of your goals and encourage them with theirs. You can all mutually benefit from the support.

Last but not least enjoy your new body when the summer of 2020 hits! Hope to see you all at the beach and good luck with your resolution to get fit, YOU CAN DO IT!
